Responsibility
Responsibilities:
·协助DBO正确执行商务政策，对公司相关经营活动提供法律意见。
·参与起草、审核DBO重要的文件，通知，对商务制度及分销条款的合法性负责。
·审核公司各种技术、经济、服务通知，参加合同的起草，协助管理合同，监督合同履约。
·相关协议及咨询，整理汇编公司业务需要的各种法律、法规和规章等。
·增强法律风险意识及控制
·负责与公司法律部相关的联络及相关工作。
·参加或列席召开的商务会议；负责审查分销商支持部各项决定、计划的规范性和合法性；为商务运作提供法律意见和建议。
·参加和配合与公司有关的商务文件及合同的检查，为分销涉及的商务活动提供法律意见；参与重大事故和危机处理文件发出的审核，协助部门进行解释沟通。
·完成领导临时交办的其他法律任务。

Requirement
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, Legal background will be preferred.
2. 3 years of relevant commercial experiences
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT
4. Familiar with commercial process
5. Good communication skill and logic thinking
