Activities

§ Assist Legal Manager to provide legal advice and guidance with regard to the business investment in China.

§ Assist Legal Manager to advise TCI management on all legal matters.

§ Contribute to multiple/complex contract negotiation programs and projects, evaluate and participate negotiation the terms.

§ Using business and contract negotiation knowledge, identify issues, develop and analyze alternative solutions, make recommendations and implements solutions.

§ Draft, review and evaluate all legal reports and contracts within TCI & its affiliates.

§ Coordinate with external legal firms.

§ In charge of or assist in legal business registration/renewal matters of TCI & its affiliates.

§ In charge of legal documents and files to be classified and kept inside the company.

§ Provide translation services of certain legal documents.

§ Provide secretarial supports to the Legal Manager.

Requirements

§ Chinese nationality.

§ Bachelor degree in legal affairs.

§ At least 5 years work experience in legal fields specialized in commercial laws, esp. foreign investment laws in China.

§ Working experience in public lawyers firm is a must.

§ Good knowledge of Chinese law and legal matters in China.

§ Fluent English and French would be a plus.
