- Drafting correspondence and documentation under team leader's supervision - Assisting with document review including checking contract format and typo - Assisting lawyers for printing and files binding - Assisting lawyers to prepare documents required in pre-closing - Handling post-closing matters including preparation of bound closing sets and follow the consequential procedures
- Gathering, organizing and maintaining precedent collections - Revising, proofreading and distributing drafts agreements and other transactional documents. Preparing, distributing and collecting signature pages.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with major in Law - 1-2 years' experience as legal assistant/paralegal, no matter in law firm or FIEs - Fluent in written and oral English - Analytical thinking individual and be a good team player - Good communication skill, open-minded, eager to learn and to develop through practice, diligent (good if intelligent as well), responsible and responsive
