职位描述/要求： Legal Counsel, We are recruiting an experienced lawyer to head up our Legal Department. As you see below this is a senior position and requires an individual with not only impeccable credentials but also clear strive for success. You have an education from a recognized university, with top marks, and preferably part of your exam from abroad. We will appreciate if your legal base is toped with a MBA. Absolute fluency in English is imperative.
Your professional experience is at least 6 years and includes successful career at an international law firm and experience from corporate affairs. Your knowledge is broad and covers corporate, IP, civil and tax law and you have experience of coordinate and solving complex legal issues.
You will be responsible for a complex legal and organizational structure and be part of a developed international network. You will report to CFO. You will have extensive communication with headquarters Legal Counsel A successful candidate has very strong organizational skills and realizes that, from time to time, the workload is very high.
