To assist the assistant manager in organizing and supervising the restaurant operations. He/she will actively involve in promoting good relations with guests and team members.

SPECIFICATIONS:
01. Experience in all aspects of food & beverage operations and modern management principles.
02. Must have experience in food & beverage operations for at least 2-3 years.
03. Holding similar position in a well-established hotel for at least 1 year
04. Well groomed at all times.
05. Self-motivated.
06. Ability to communicate with all levels of team members, supervise and motivate them.
07. Male or female.
08. Good command of written and spoken English.
