Duties/ Responsibilities

Handle order management, support new sourcing and developing

Checking factory price with cost breakdown for every season and initial price negotiation.

Monitors and ensures on time garment delivery, coordinate prod schedule with factory every season

Monitor sales smpl delivery on time and ensure smpl with nice outcome

Coordinating smpl with QA/QC to ensure production meet quality standard

Conducts sample development: proto, SMS, PPS etc.

Prepares and pro-actively studies weekly Time and Action Calendar/WIPs in order to discuss and provide solutions for potential production problems. Assist Merchandising Manager in the daily merchandising operation

Liaise with overseas/local clients and suppliers

Customer relationship management, keep good communication with buyer

Attend meetings with buyers & accompany buyers to factory visits

Other duties as assigned by the team-leader.

Education/Experience

Requirements

Preferably above 5 years experience in garment merchandising

Willing to take initiative and able to perform jobs with minimum supervision

Be willing to work under pressure and target oriented, and can work independently.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
