职位描述/要求： Main responsibilities: - Responsible for plant operations including 2plants in China, supply chain management, including procurement, logistic in China and overseas projects. - Build up, coach and manage a strong team to meet the requirements of fast developing business; - Set up proper operation management system and standard quality control procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction; - Organize new product development and launching, and make sure all technical activities running smoothly; - Cement good relationship with government officers, partners, and key customers.
Requirements: - At least 8 years experience in medium and large foreign manufacturing sectors; at least 5 years experience in senior management level; GM or COO background preferred. - Proven track record of plant management and supply chain control in multinational business environment; - PV or IC industry background will be a strong advantage - Personal characteristics: - Integrated and honest, with initiative and proactive attitude; - Detail-oriented and solutions focused; - Analytical and strategic thinking; - Strong leadership and good communication skills - Engineering background preferred, has shown strong technical sense. - Bachelor degree or above, electronics or mechanics education background preferable - Good language skills in both Chinese and English - Preferred age range is from 38 to 50
