职位描述/要求：
Sales Manager, Ship Design

Goals:
Profitable Order Intake and Continuity.
Leading (young) project developers in sales projects
Teamwork with (experienced) operational/engineering managers

Key requirements:

Proven sales skills for complex and abstract matter: hand-on development of customer ideas, rather than selling standardized solutiuons
Able to defend and develop designs alone or in perfect teamwork with project developer / operational manager
Very good maritime-technical background: naval arch, or mech eng with wide experience in shipbuilding/owner NB dept/ fleet mgt,
Very good English: writing, technical, negotiating,
Prepared to travel frequently and sometimes longer (world-wide)
At home in, or quick to learn the business of ship design and shipbuilding, owning, chartering.
