职位描述/要求： 工作内容： 1. Lead Lonza’s environmental management programs with the use of Company’s internal resources and tools to ensure compliance. 2. Coordinating with, and providing technical support to Production, R&D Lab Managers and Research Scientists. 3. Follow Company’s air, water and waste/hazmat management program developments. 4. Coordinate closely with Company Global Research’s Environmental Management Leader in the Visp Switzerland. 5. To improve wastewater treatment process and technology consistent with the available tanning processes and keep in compliance with local and international discharge standards. 6. Be responsible for establishing performance standards for each treatment stage and conducts a regular audit of those standards to ensure compliance.
任职资格： 1. College/University degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science/Management or Chemistry is preferable. 2. Management experience in waste (especially in wastewater) treatment or working experience as an internal auditor of environmental management system (EMS) would be an advantage. 3. Maintain a strong awareness of the Chinese environmental regulations. 4. Internally communicate changes in environmental regulations and provide recommendations for the development of environmental management program to ensure continued compliance. 5. Meet with government agencies. 6. Complete other tasks as designated by the SHE Director.
