职位描述/要求：
Main Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for GZBMS’ full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Requirements of Corporate HSE department and related statutory regulations and also security management of the company.
Interpretation of HSE related external and internal regulations and provide directions and consulting to all relevant departments.
Establish a complete HSE system for GZBMS.
Identifies, facilitates and provides HSE training and programs for all employees to ensure the full compliance.
Monitoring and control of the implementation of all HSE related internal and external regulations and guidelines.
Leads incident/accident investigations and ensures prevention measures are developed and monitored.
Coordinate legal required and internal OH, Environmental and safety assessment and monitoring programs within GZBMS in cooperation with BMS HSE functions.
Leading the legal required HSE committee under legal entity if there is the one.
Develops and maintains an Emergency Response Plan and ensures that drills and reviews are conducted as scheduled. Takes on the role as Incident Commander/Plant Emergency Officer in the event of crisis.
Conduct inspection, audit and plant tour for HSE related aspects
Reporting of accidents, incidents and near miss.
Support production team to ensures product development, equipment procurement, and plant/office renovations comply with EH&S requirements set by Corporate and the government. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE permits
Manage the third party Security service provider and advice the management on all security measures and management for the facilities in line with the corporate security policy.
Other Ad hoc job assigned by management based on reality needs.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor degree from formal college or university, with major of chemical or mechanical.
Oral and written communication in English.
More than three years HSE working experience
Have chemical operation background is a plus.
Must be willing to at times take on extra responsibilities to provide intensive support to colleagues
Solution and problem solving oriented mindset

Quick learner, accurate and efficient, especially working in a complex environment
Desire/willingness to take initiatives to do more than is assigned
Able to handle frequent changes with positive attitude
Must be able to set priorities and work under pressure
