To assist Lab Supervisor in continuously evaluate and improve laboratory facilities as well as the testing competency in order to project LANXESS' technology excellence in rubber industry to the customers in this region. 2. To produce reliable and accurate technical support to application development and technical service projects initiated by both internal & external customers so as to maintain or even improve the business of our products. 3. To support new business development through work on technical development projects 4. To be an expert in lab compounding/testing equipments and computer related instrument operation. 5. Carry out compounding and physical testing for different projects. 6. ？？Carry out simple maintenance of compounding equipments. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or above in polymer/rubber related area, 2. 1-3 years relevant working experience.. 3. Good knowledge in rubber mixing/compounding 4. Good oral and written skill 5. Good mechanical skill, good people skill, good data management, trouble shooting ability.
