职位描述/要求：


Responsibilities:

l To be responsible to accomplish Extrusion Powder LWR in time;

l Set up Aluminum Extrusion customer information folder and keep update;

l Maintain all Extrusion product documentation in lab including: set up product folder, key in and maintain formulas in BME, issue TDS, test report, MSDS etc;

l Provide technical support to QC and production for extrusion powder production batch;

l Good communication with sales team to fully understand customer real request. Track the result of color matching submission and trial run;

l Provide expertise to sales and technical service people in on-site troubleshooting. Take part in line survey, complaint investigation, on-site troubleshooting;

l Keep cost saving and product development.

l 致力于降低成本以及产品的开发;

l 及时完成粉末实验室工作;

l 建立铝型材客户信息档案并及时更新;

l 维护实验室所有产品资料，包括：建立产品档案，输入并维护BME系统配方，提供TDS、测试报告、MSDS等;

l 为生产和质检提供粉末生产的技术支持;

l 与销售团队进行良好的沟通以满足客户的需求。跟进配色结果并且配合试线;

l 为销售和技术服务人员提供现场事件处理的专业意见。参与线上检测，投诉调查，以及现场事件处理。





Qualifications:

l Education Level: BS in Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering or equivalent required, graduate degree a plus;

l Minimum 3 years experience of powder coatings technology;

l Good understanding on powder formulations including the chemistry of TGIC, TGIC free, Hybrids, Epoxy, Polyurethane, etc;

l Experience on powder coatings application. Good understanding of powder coating application equipment Tribo and Corona;

l Have knowledge in local suppliers of powder coating raw materials;

l Familiar with powder coatings manufacturing equipment and testing instrument;

l Familiar with powder coatings manufacturing processes, as well as standard Quality Control techniques;

l Good communication skill;

l Must be willing the suddenly overwork for urgent color matching;



职位要求：

l 教育水平：本科以上，化学、化工或相关专业毕业。

l 工作经验：3年以上粉末涂料技术相关工作经验;

l 熟悉粉末配方包括TGIC, TGIC free, Hybrids, Epoxy, Polyurethane等;

l 了解粉末涂料应用。熟悉粉末涂料应用设备Tribo 和Corona;

l 知道国内粉末涂料原料供应商;

l 熟悉粉末涂料生产程序，以及标准的质检技术;

l 熟悉粉末涂料生产设备和测试仪器;

l 良好的沟通技巧;

l 愿意加班完成紧急的配色要求。
