职位描述/要求： Job description
·Is accountable for delivery of project as negociated with Rhodia internal enterprises. ·Ensures optimisation of allocated resources to support projects and customers demands. ·Is accountable for contributing to HPC business growth within Asia Pacific zones through Customer Technical support activities and development of new products ·Is responsible for improving Rhodia’s markets knowledge and helping to define new opportunities ·Is responsible for developing relationship with universities and/or institutes ·Contributes to build R&D programs propositions, in agreement with business representatives and HPC R&D global organization ·Is responsible for adhering to the various operational and investment budgets. ·Is personally responsible for the development of competencies and people within the HPC lab. ·Is responsible for QHSE and Responsible Care. ·Ensures that all the activities of the lab correspond to the Group’s policy and the various laws and regulations in force ·Is personally responsible for the optimal functioning of the HPC Lab with its various organizational, scientific, human, materials and equipment issues (good practices).
Qualification
·PhD preferred. Master is OK if valuable experienced ·Physical chemistry or applied chemistry background ·Languages : mandarin, fluent English ·Min 5-10 years experience in surfactants/additives for consumer goods (research and/or Technical service) ·Very good communication skill ·Management skills ·Familare with MNC
