RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Need to be responsible for business development, project tracking and participation, effective management of the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Structural Engineering
• You need to be a team builder and team player. You will need 15+ extensive experience in the Construction Industries, established base of contacts with Government, SOE’s and Private sector Developers, need to have good sales skills and a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Project Management development.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
