General Summary Statement

Responsible for the processing of all retail finance applications offered to the Company by the vehicle manufacturer (CAF) dealership and general administration of all associated activities. These would include the efficient and effective processing of applications for finance, preparation of approved customer retail finance contracts for discounting and payment to dealers, administration of the vehicle lien and Vehicle Registration Certificate processes.

Key Duties
• Credit underwriting of all retail credit applications received in an efficient and controlled environment, ensuring the Company purchasing guidelines are maintained and followed.
• Prompt and courteous responses are provided to our customers and a strong, loyal and professional relation is maintained with every dealer and customer.
• Conduct and manage follow-ups for "held" deals and approved applications not yet taken up by the dealer/retail customer.
• Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desktop manuals.
• Working closely with other departments in the Company and communicate any systems issues that occur in the Operation System.
• Prepare and provide daily / monthly metrics as directed, ensuring all KPI's are being maintained within the Credit department area of control.
• Process data in the Operation System in accurate and efficient manner to ensure the job quality and data integrity.
• Maintain a good record and filing system to ensure dealer's and customer's data and contracts are under well maintenance and custody.
• Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business

Requirements
• University graduate with Business or Banking major preferred.
• 3 year related working experience.
• Good practical understanding and knowledge of retail credit financing and the legislative requirements.
• High integrity, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers and customers.
• Good computer skills
• Strong inter-personal skills / good team player.
• Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills.
• Good organizational and administration skills.
• Good written and verbal English language skills
