直接上级 Immediate Supervisor's Position: 实地调查主管/信贷经理 Field investigation officer/Underwriting manager

职位总体目标 Overall Objective of the Position:

通过实地调查深入了解客户资信状况，为信贷决策提供依据，通过办理车辆抵押登记确保风险防范手段的有效落实
Thoroughly realize the credit condition of customers by taking field investigation, provide warrant for credit decision. Ensure the effective implementation of risk avoidance methods through transacting auto mortgage registration.

工作职责Duties:

根据信贷审查员或实地调查主管的任务分配，对客户进行实地拜访，通过面对面沟通和观察，了解客户居住、工作、购车用途、还款意愿、还款能力等方面信息；
In terms of tasks allocation from underwriting control specialist or field investigation officer, visit customers by field, get to know customers' living, working, purchasing purpose, payoff will, payoff ability related information through face to face communication and observation
收集、核对并在规定时间内向信贷审查员提交客户资信证明文件；
Collect, check up and submit customers' credit evincive documents to underwriting control specialist within required time
以事实为依据，客观公正反映客户情况，在规定时间内完成并向信贷分析专员提交实地调查报告，要求逻辑清晰，论点明确；
Based on the fact, reflect customers' situation fairly and objectively, make the report within required time and submit field investigation report to underwriting control specialist. It should has clear logic and argumentation
定期向车管所提交客户资料，办理车辆抵押或解除抵押；
Regularly submit customers' documents to Vehicle Administration Agency, transact the vehicle mortgage or release mortgage
协助处理贷后账户管理和实地催收工作。
Assisting deal with post-loan account management and field collection task

素质要求 Requirements:

必要教育程度 Necessary Education: 大专或以上学历 College diploma or above

专业要求 Major: 金融及经济管理相关专业 Finance or economics management related majors

必要工作经验 Necessary Experience: 1年以上工作经验，商业银行、金融公司或担保公司工作经验者优先
At least one (1) year working experience, the experience in commercial bank, financial company or credit company will be a plus

知识/技能要求 Knowledge/Skills:
了解金融行业政策和法律法规；
Being familiar with policies and regulations in finance industry

较强的风险防范意识，具备信贷调查工作经验；
Good risk avoidance sense, has working experience with regarding to credit investigation

较强的逻辑分析和判断能力；
Good ability in logical analyses and judgment

较强的人际沟通能力。
Good social communication ability
