1. Coaching/training the department's staff so that department's target can be achieved;Continuous improving dept's competence and performance by (external/internal) training of existing staff; 2. Guarantee efficient and smooth project development progress from design phase until product release; 3. Active engagement in design, coding and test of Device products and components; 4. Co-ordination with other departments (e.g. PM & Support, SW, HW, Quality); 5. Department Budget responsibility 6. Design of complex and demanding Device projects
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with major in electronics or related 2. Above 8 years experience in development of electronic products; 3. Above 3 years direct people management experience, project management is not counted but a plus; 4. Experienced in structured SW design & coding, wide experience in the field of microprocessor based, digital and analogue electronic products; 5. Experienced in the field of embedded systems and PC applications for industrial applications 6. Good command of communication skills, able to cooperate and coordinate with other people 7. Strong personality in management to lead people reach target 8. Fluent verbal and written communication 9. Experience in international companies is advantage
