Bachelor degree (or above), major in computer, electronic Engineering or related area 2. Solid experience on software programming and testing (C, C++) 3. Good at protocol GSM 11.11, GSM 11.14 and 7816 is a must 4. Experience on COS development or RF payment application is a plus.. 5.
