职位描述/要求: Responsibility: 1. Define and implement Load testing scripts, standards, and best practices for performance testing for the company software. Be responsible for identifying and tracking performance metrics to ensure applications meet current and future business needs. 2. Contribute and assist with general system administration, including supporting the office of 90 employees and associated systems. 3. Perform performance and stress testing. Gather metrics from systems during testing and compile loadtest results and reports. 4. Understand system impact and measure metrics from Linux, Windows, Java application servers, and Microsoft SQL Server using LoadRunner and other system tools. 5. Maintain Windows XP and Vista workstations and laptops, upgrade and maintain Windows and Linux servers both enterprise and production 6. Build new workstation and desktop systems and answer helpdesk tickets
Requirement: 1. Over 5 Years of relevant experience with college degree or above 2. Computer Skills: a) Quality Center (QC) skills b) Quick Test Professional (QTP) a) Load Runner b) Experience with testing Web-based applications 3. Preferred: a) HP/Mercury Quick Test Professional and/or Quality Center Certification, including the performance center DB and application b) Windows & Linux system administration c) Understanding of TCP/IP and networking 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
