职位描述/要求：
Skillset for a new IT employee in a typical STIHL sales subsidiary

Although this is the ideal skillset it might be necessary to compromise due to available candidates. It is then necessary to make sure that the missing skills can be procured from external resources.

Necessary skills:

l implementation and administration of Intel based workstations and laptops using Microsoft Windows XP (*)

l good skills in Microsoft Office (Version 2003) (*)

l implementation and administration of Intel based server systems based on Microsoft Windows 2003 (*)

l administration of the database management system Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005

l administration of Microsoft Exchange Server

l Configuration of network components (switches, routers, firewall)

l knowledge of the production, logistics, administrational and financial processes in a production subsidiary of an international company (*)

l didactic skills

l project management skills (*)

l controlling local partners to get the necessary skills from externals

(*) these skills are a must

Operational aspects of the job:

l operation, management and administration of Intel servers and the installed applications, especially

l ERP system including a B2B solution using Microsoft's standard technology

l eMail server (MS Exchange)

l file and print servers

l backup and archiving equipment

l installation and maintenance of workstation and laptops including group standard software (e.g. notebook harddisk encryption, antivirus software, device control software)

l administration of the network

l to maintain a stable data exchange to suppliers, logistics partners and customers

l arrangement and definition of the logistics and administrational processes in line with the capablities of the IT systems, if necessary define enhancements and supervise the implementation of these enhancements

l acceptance testing of new and modified software components

l preparation of training documents for employees of STIHL and business partners
