1．主持产品结构需求分析。
2．制定产品结构设计要素、计划。
3．组织产品结构设计、试制、改进。
4．组织整理相关图纸、技术文档、资料。
5．指导并解决车间在产品组装、试制过程中遇到的问题。
6．完成上级领导交给的其他任务。

任职资格：
1．本科或者研究生学历，相关专业：机械设计、机械自动化、机械工艺。
2．熟练掌握常用三维设计软件及二维绘图软件。
3．具有机械加工工艺经验或钣金设计经验者或模具设计经验者优先。
4．掌握常用材料机械性能、特点。
5．具备项目规划、管理能力，能组织机电一体化产品的研发工作。
6．能够熟练阅读和理解英文资料。
7．工作态度积极，责任心强，能良好的和团队沟通与配合。
