1、正规设计学院设计专业本科以上学历；
2、有5年以上平面设计经验；
3、全面掌握VI、包装、广告、终端视觉形象设计；
4、好的美术创意功底，能独立完成创意及设计，有较好的客户沟通能力，有成功案例及作品优先；

5、极强的工作责任心、细心耐心、敬业精神、团队精神及工作承受力；

6、英语四级以上；

7、面试时请带上作品。
