职位描述/要求：
Principal Responsibilities:

Establish the China market strategy for working with the Business Development and sales team.
Maintain, develop and implement a business plan detailing required activities for the development of the China boiler businesses.
Co-ordinate the technical issues between LP Amina & local partners/customers to ensure satisfactory sales & contract execution.
Advise on contract technical details, from initial sales discussions through contract execution to operation, teaching the local Chinese staff as part of the process.
Provide project management during contract execution.
Advise on boiler workshop requirements, supporting potential acquisitions to develop the business capability in China.
Represent the company at all levels especially at Trade, marketing events.
Review and develop service/product offerings in order to deliver competitive advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

Site experience of boiler dealing with customers.
Ability to pass on knowledge to other (Chinese) team members.
Commercial awareness would be an advantage.
Ability to travel to customers, suppliers and sites to promote LP Amina’s capability.
At least 8 years of utility sites boiler experience
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Base in Beijing
Regular travel mainly within and occasionally outside China
