职位描述/要求：
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree in related engineering discipline
Good English Written and Oral skills
Preferred Engineering Degree; Membership of or in application process to APM or equivalent
10 years preferred in a mechanical/electrical engineering EPC environment.
A track record in role of Project Manager executing multi-disciplined/multi-company large projects(a steam Power Plant preferred) from inception through completion.
3-5 years site management experience of multi-disciplined site construction, plant and services installation, testing and commissioning.
Experience with International management principles.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Proven record of ability to execute and complete large Projects in accordance with the principles of the Company Quality Policy and Business Operating Procedures in order to deliver Customer satisfaction whilst achieving or improving profit targets.
Bottom line and schedule driven

Contracting experience with ability to adapt to Western culture and management principles.

Detailed understanding of Project Management issues and effective use of all PM tools and techniques.

Complete commercial awareness with persuasive negotiation technique.
Detailed knowledge of the Company and Project Financial Systems.

Ability to evaluate technical and contractual information and to identify, understand, evaluate and manage project risk.

Team leadership / team building technique with ability to generate commitment and initiative.

Ability to evaluate, develop and improve existing practices to improve project performance and increase benefit.
