职位描述/要求：
工作职责：
1. 在公司玉米育种家的带领下，执行公司玉米育种研发战略。
2. 玉米育种田间工作（播种、田间管理、授粉、收获、南繁等）

任职要求：
1. 农学等相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 具有至少1-2年以上玉米育种田间经验。
3. 吃苦耐劳，具备较好的科研素质与能力。
4.具有较好英语口头及书面沟通能力优先，有驾照者优先。
