进一步加强农产品的全面基地建设,需要增加专业的农产品种植和现场管理队伍　
　　
为配合公司业务的进一步成长,需要更专注与蔬菜与冷冻蔬菜的基地建设,全面进行蔬菜种植基地的管理,　
　
包括种子筛选,化肥选择与使用,农药与农药残留控制,田间管理,收割控制,冷冻蔬菜技术研究等;
