职位描述/要求:
Department: Candidate Delivery Centre 候选人寻访中心(CDC)
Position: 招聘专员 Recruitment Specialist
Location: 北京
Responsibilities:
Ø To undertake IT, finance, industry, medical and other related industries mass recruitment projects.
Ø In depth analyzing and understanding the requisitions needs to look for search direction and sourcing channel, even to get target companies..
Ø Thorough and in depth search qualified candidates with all possible sourcing channel.
Ø Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements.
Ø Communicate and interview candidates and help arrange interview between candidates and clients.
Ø Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates.
Ø Assist to send offer and do candidates’ reference check in according to client requirement.
Ø Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details.
Ø Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates、clients and related business team.
Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor or above degrees, related industry specialized university is preferred.
Ø Fresh graduates, one or more year’s recruitment working experience, project recruitment experience preferred.
Ø Good communication、coordination skills and fast learning ability, team work player.
Ø Good English and computer skills.
Ø Able to handle rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
工作职责:
Ø 承接IT、金融、工业、医药、医疗等相关行业的批量职位招聘项目;
Ø 分析客户招聘职位,了解客户需求,掌握访寻标准,明确访寻方向和目标公司;
Ø 通过各种渠道访寻和掌握候选人信息;
Ø 与候选人沟通职位信息,电话面试、筛选候选人,并进行推荐;
Ø 协调安排候选人面试、发Offer、及根据客户要求进行候选人背景调查等工作;
Ø 入职前、中、后的跟踪服务;
Ø 与候选人、业务部门和客户保持良好关系。
Ø 领导交付的其它工作
任职要求:
Ø 本科及以上学历,相关行业专业院校优先;
Ø 一年以上相关工作经验,有招聘项目经验者优先;
Ø 良好的沟通、协调能力和快速的学习能力;
Ø 良好的抗压力,能吃苦耐劳;
Ø 良好的团队合作精神;
Ø 英语四级以上。
