Job Title: HR Manager—BPI, BPHCC, PBSG

Job location: Beijing

Job summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing Praxair organization and individuals in Beijing, supporting the management team to design and implement talent acquisition, development and retention strategy. To ensure quality employees are systematically selected, hired, oriented, trained, challenged, motivated and retained.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading a HR team and providing coaching for the team members to upgrade their professionalism;
2. Working with China HR team to develop local policy and procedures to make sure of the internal consistency;
3. Responsible for C&B management ,establishing budget of wages and labor force cost yearly, providing all kinds of reporting form about C&B to the government, PCIC, and BCIGC on time;
4. Responsible for statistics, calculating, auditing, and declare insurances, accumulation fund, and personal income tax for everyone of the companies.
5. Responsible for establishing and implementing training plan for all employees of the company yearly, the keystone is employees' competencies (certificates which are compulsory requested by government), professional & safe knowledge of posts, SBI, compliance, etc.
6. Responsible for career development program, training, and assessment of key employees.
7. Responsible for PMP implementation to set up the performance driven culture;
8. Be in charge of employee relationship; Working with the union to enhance the employee communication;
9. Other ad hoc projects as assigned;

Education:
1. Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus
2. 5- 8 years relevant HR work experience in international company
3. Working experience in manufacturing environment is a must;
4. JV experience is a plus

Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. Experience in revamping the HR policy and procedures;
2. Strong leadership skill and excellent interpersonal skills
3. Pro-active and result driven. High integrity and trustworthy
4. Change Management skills;
5. Good command of both written and spoken English
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
