职位描述/要求：
Special Requirements岗位要求:

1．Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources/Administration or related subject.
2．At least 3 years’ working experience in the HR Admin field within MNC/FIO , Retail industry is preferred.
3．Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4．Good command of English in both written and spoken.
5．Operation effectiveness Oriented.
6．Quick learning, diligent, responsible, team work spirit, integrity and commitment.

Specific Responsibilities工作职责:

1．Support the Department in the daily HR activities.
2．Deal with social security and fiscal authorities on standard issues.
3．Take care of personnel archive management.
4．Cooperate in the calculation of personnel date budgeting & reporting and costs
5．Support personnel in Department related issues and make internal communications to Personnel
6．Ensure the local employment contracts and staff benefits are in compliance with the legal regulations.
7．Collect, check and share data relevant to Payroll
8．Maintain Local HRIS system and documentation system.
