- Conduct the interview on the recruitment plan
- Work with management team to develop and implement Diebold staffing strategy and ensure staffing plan are executed flawlessly;
- Provide the attrition analysis on the turnover rate to the management team
- Vendor develop and management; Cost sensitive to ensure vendor usage reduce to the minimum;
- Provide regular updates and analysis such as cycle time, cost, aging requisition etc to key stakeholders
- Training related program arrangement / preparation
- Training follow up including monthly report and TEIT implementation
- Diebold University follow up
- Other assignments

? University degree
? Minimum of 2 Years relevant Experience with at least 2 years specially in a staffing role
? 2 years plus good experience in international manufacturing environment
? In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations.
? Staffing experience and expertise in engineering function or tech position preferred
? Possess good communication skills and influence skill
? Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude
? Experience in handling industrial relations will be an advantage.
? People management experience with an 'Open' and participative, management style.
? Excellent team working skills.
? Project and Vendor Management skills
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
? Excellent experience in executive development, career counseling, training needs analysis and design with a leading world-class organization is preferred
? Innovative with good experience of e-learning technologies is preferred
