China Intellectual Property Magazine:An Introduction
China Intellectual Property Magazine (China IP) is a bilingual English/Chinese, bi-monthly magazine published by Hurrymedia Co., Ltd. since June 2004,covering the latest developments in China's IP industry, including both the actions of the Chinese government and private enterprises, as they confront and deal with vital issues related to intellectual property enforcement and protection.
Our readership consists of members of the legal profession, government officials, IP owners, as well as business executives and leaders, who are interested in staying on top of developments in China's IP field. We distribute our magazine worldwide from our Hong Kong headquarters.
Since the magazine was launched, we have been focusing on important IP events, reporting on legislative and judicial trends, the actions of law enforcement agencies, IP strategies of enterprises, and other important information related to the IP field, as well as IP practice and experience. We have reported on special topics and significant cases.
Additionally, we also report on the IP strategies of international and domestic multinational and medium-sized companies, including Microsoft (China), Toyota, Honda, Chery Automotive, and Tencent and conduct interviews with various company leaders and executives.
Recently, China IP has undergone a major revision. We have established new columns such as a Special Report, the most recent of which dealt with Hong Kong's advanced and dynamic IP system, and other columns titled IP Watch, IP Strategies of Enterprises, Judges Note and Examiner's Note among others. Further, improvements are planned in the near future.
