A senior sales position is available to the right person in a dynamic and growing company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Develop new customers and new business and also maintain the existing business and customers.
拓展新客户和新业务,同时也需要维护公司现有业务和现有客户;
2. Identify and work for gaining business opportunities in both prospects and existing customers within responsible area.
从我们有可能做成业务的客户和已有的客户处识别并获取业务机会;
3. Make plans to develop in retailer and brand customers.
对如何开拓零售商或者品牌客户进行计划;
4. Establish professional customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits and calls to know their needs in their future projects.
通过拜访和电话在我们已有客户目录上面建立专业的客户关系,并通过客户未来的项目得到客户需求;
5. Collect all the required information and sales information to create opportunity for new business development.
收集所有我们需要的信息和销售信息为新业务创造机会;
6. Demonstrate prospects or customers our company, products, and offer through presentation when there is possibility.
为我们潜在的客户或者现有的客户介绍我们的公司,产品,如果有可能需要对客户做关于公司和产品的演示
7. Share with others about the information of market and competitors to help create sales support.
和其他人分享市场信息和竞争对手信息从而建立销售支持;
REQUIRED SKILLS
1) Team Oriented
2) Highly Motivated -Proactive, aggressive and initiative
3)Good interpersonal & presentation skill
4) Organised
5) Good level of English Ability both Written and Oral including working in team environment
6) Problem solving Skills
7) Good Communication
8) Ability to Think Clearly and Take Responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY
1) Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade and/or Sales & Marketing preferred.
2) Familiar with Foreign Trade.
3) English Reading/Writing/Speaking Ability
4) Highest level of professional and personal integrity as well as business ethics.
5) Strong preference for selling to multinational clients.
6) 2-5 years in sales position of selling product for retailer is a must.
7) Market analysis experience preferred. Pricing and contract background strongly preferred.
9) Self motivated with proven ability to contribute to organization.
10)Prepare visit report, PPT and Sales Project List; update customer database on a monthly basis.
