Main Responsibilities
Internal Communications: organize along with HR in all internal communications projects for better staff information/entertainment and ensure consistency in contents and format across the region
· Initiate content and lead the editorial team to work with a specialized agency on illustration, photo, design, layout and circulation of China Inc. internal newsletter
· Plan & executive internal communications announcements & events to bring staff together (staff year-end-party, staff lunch, internal staff meeting, staff announcements, etc.)
· Enhance along with HR on the efficiency and contents of welcome session/staff induction day
Identity quality contents from China Inc. SG Group, SG Asia-Pac about business and strategic development and deploy them in all internal media (internal newsletter, intranet, A4 Posters)
· Ensure permanent communications list updates (VIP/Managers, COMM relates)
· Develop and update corporate contents on intranet in consistency with internet messages
Corporate Identity: enhance corporate identity and staff sense of belonging
· Ensure proper distribution throughout the country in all corporate displays (brochures, posters, screensavers, ect.): get feedback from local communications coordinators and propose efficiency enhancement
· Identify opportunities in all fields of SG Sponsorships (Arts, Rugby, Golf...) and propose joint actions fitting all B/U strategies.
· Set the ground and help to roll out the "corporate citizenship" (CSR) actions
Events: Organize corporate events in China
· Plan & develop SG China conferences/seminar to promote brand awareness. And advice events organized by each business line to ensure brand/message consistency
· Look for major entertainment events opportunities (culture, sports) happening in the region which can be adopted for client entertainment and set up proposal for business teams in the country
· Implementing corporate initiative and staff initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor degree or above
- Prior working experiences in corporate communications is required
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Working experiences in foreign bank is preferred, but not a must
- English : fluency is a must, good professional writing skills
- Chinese : fluent Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing skill is a must
Other : French comprehension is of advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft office tools
- Good communication and time management skills
- Work result driven and able to deliver under pressure
- Efficient producer while details oriented
- Quick learner & proactive team work player
- Holder of customer service mindset
