高级客户经理Senior Account Manager (职位编号：001)

LOCATION:
Shenzhen

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Visit potential customers and present the product and services such as Fiber Access, IP VPN、IDC、CDN and telecommunications value-added products, should meet the given sales target.
2. Provide services to current customers, collect feedback from customers, coordinate with services department to respond in time, manage receivables, maintain customer relationships.
3. Collect the information of competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduated from junior college or higher.
2. 3+ years experience in sales of technical function in IT / telecommunication value-added / system integration industry, good knowledge of products, can identify, contact, develop and support potential customers well.
3. Good sales skills, such as presentation, negotiation.
4. Good level of spoken and written English.
5. Good communicator and good team-work, can work independently and under pressure.
6. Organized, Outgoing, Creative.

网络工程师

工作职责：
1.负责处理客户线、Cisco设备的软/硬件故障，为客户提供技术支持等；
2.负责接听客户报障电话和客户应用故障处理；
3.负责网络中心的日常监控/维护工作。
基本要求：
1.计算机、网络、通信等相关专业，30岁以下，大专以上学历；
2.可以在工作中熟练阅读和书写英文邮件、报告等；
3.工作敬业、待人热诚、学习能力强、沟通能力强，表达能力良好；
4.能够适应出差及值班等工作安排；
5.具备下列专业经验中的至少一项（多则更优）：
a)能够熟练配置调试CISCO中低端路由器，熟悉局域网的架构，熟悉广域网链路的各种接口标准及相关协议；
b)熟悉VPN的原理及应用；
c)有MCSE/CCNA/CCNP等认证者优先
