职位描述/要求: Position responsibility: 1. Microorganism fermentation for recombinant protein production. 2. Prepare fermentation plan. Solve technical problems during the fermentation process. 3. Train group members. 4. Write progress report and experiment report. Requirement: 1. Fermentation related Master or higher degree. Have working experience on fermentation. Capable to prepare experiment plan. 2. Familiar with the mechanism on fermentation to produce protein. Familiar with SDS-PAGE and affinity chromatography. 3. Good English writing. 4. Good communication and cooperation ability. 岗位职责: 1.完成各类微生物的发酵用于重组蛋白质生产。 2.制定发酵实验方案,解决生产中遇到的技术问题。 3.协助组长对小组成员进行实验技能培训。 4.完成发酵进度报告和实验报告。 职位要求: 1.发酵相关专业硕士以上学历,有微生物发酵工作经验,能独立设计实验方案。 2.熟悉发酵生产蛋白质的基本原理。掌握SDS-PAGE和亲和纯化的原理及方法。 3.能熟练使用英文书写实验报告; 4.具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
