南京丽达女子瑜伽健身馆（前身为菩兰女子瑜伽会所）成立于2005年，是南京最早的瑜伽馆之一，设有入门瑜伽，瘦身瑜伽，高温瑜珈，养生瑜伽，普拉提瑜伽，流瑜伽，体雕，肚皮舞等课程，并设有法国香蔓及法国PC品牌美容美体部，教练毕业于亚洲瑜伽协会及北京悠季瑜伽教练学校，从业年限均超过6年，年龄结构涵盖20-40岁，可以供各个年龄层次的会员选择。

Nanjing Lida Women's Yoga & Fitness gym club (formerly known as Pulan Yoga Women's Club) was founded in 2005.It is on of the first yoga club in Nanjing. We have basic yoga, weight-loss yoga, hot yoga, health yoga, Pilates yoga, flow yoga, body carving, belly dancing courses, and with France and the French PC Brand Hong Man-Beauty Body Affairs.The yoga instructors graduated from the Asia Society and the Beijing Youji Yoga instructor school, working years were more than 6 years of age structure covering the 20-50 years old, can be used for members of all ages choose.
