职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Responsible for the organization of all aspects of Clinical Education and Marketing activities within the range of company product lines. Based in Shanghai, China, the role reports to the managing director and works in close collaboration with Global marketing clinical group.
负责组织管理公司产品线范围内的相关培训及市场活动；工作地点在上海，直接向大中华区总经理汇报并紧密的与全球市场临床团队协作。
2. The key point of work are marketing promotion and clinical education for DVT and pressure ulcer preventing, patient handling etc.
工作重点在血栓、压疮预防，病人移位等领域的市场推广和临床教育
3. Cooperate with regional sales manager to execute national & regional clinical promotion activities
和区域经理合作组织并实施全国和区域的临床推广活动；
4. Establish the product training system. Training in products and clinical for sales and distributors regularly
制定系统的产品培训计划，定期对本公司销售和代理商销售进行产品和临床的培训；
5. Be responsible for national clinical conference
负责全国相关临床会议的安排

Qualification任职要求：
1.4 years＋of successful sales or marketing management experience
4年以上成功的销售或者市场管理经验
2.A business related tertiary educational qualification is required (Medical background preferred)
有相关培训师资格，医、药行业相关背景最佳
3.A high level of interpersonal communication capability
较强的人际沟通协调能力
4. Good communication skill in English (Both oral & written)
英语流利包括口语和书写
