Principal Engineer / Sr. Mechanical Design Manager(首席工程师)

Provides leadership for customer and internal product development programs.
Assures that the technical approach satisfies marketplace/customer requirements and meets internal quality standards
Develops and implements plans and manages resources to ensure that product development, schedule, technical and cost objectives are met.
Mentors and teaches less experienced engineers
Applies technical expertise, commensurate with a recognized expert in the applicable field, in the development and improvement of major complex products and processes that involve combining several products or technologies.

Product Transfer Manager (产品转移经理)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support, resource planning, and coordination of Product Transfer Strategy for the Rosemount factory in Beijing. The primary objective is prioritizing, planning and completing product transfers on schedule. This applies to new products developed in Asia, new products developed by Global Engineering teams, and products transferred from other world areas.
Deploy the RPD and RTP tools to successfully plan and complete projects up to Gate 5.
Evaluate current manufacturing capabilities, capital equipment, and facility space required for new products and transfers. Support programs that reduce lead-time and improve service to customers. Develop detailed plans spanning the next 6 to 12 months.
Work with Supply Chain, Operations and other functional groups to make sure all projects are well managed and ready for operational start-up after Gate 5 of the RPD process.
Work closely with E&D teams to develop Manufacturing Plans for new products.
Develop detailed capacity models and direct labour estimates for new products.
Create comprehensive manufacturing plans, Manufacturing Qualification Plans, and Equipment Safety Reviews for each project.
Purchase capital equipment, set-up new manufacturing lines, install fixtures, write procedures and qualify new manufacturing processes to support the transfer.
Set-up, verify and test business software and databases to support product manufacturing.
Support and promote Rosemount’s operation goals for Safety, Quality and On-time delivery to customers.

Testing Engineer (测试工程师)
CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) Testing Engineer
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Electronic & Automation Science or equivalent;
2. +1 year above as electronic engineer for electronic product development, new graduate is welcome;
3. Good understanding of micro processor, digital / analog circuit, CCA production process, testing procedure and testing fixtures;
4. Capable of schematic design and PCB layout, Cadence experience is preferred;
5. Familiar with problem solving, Six Sigma methodology is preferred;
6. Willingness to take over responsibility, cooperation, initiative and business trip;

Engineer Supervisor(工程师主管)
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead engineer team to provide technical support for module product line, including quality and process improvement, trouble shooting and production layout improvement to meet customer requirement; guide and foster new engineers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. According to the module production process to carry out production activities, ensure implement of national safety regulations and company safety rules, assist with company and department to participate in safety training regularly;
2. Lead engineer team to provide technical support for module product line, including quality and process improvement, trouble shooting and production layout improvement to meet customer requirements;
3. Leverage team resource, and lead team to conduct equipment & fixture capacity analysis, put forward capacity maximization plan, and implement the plan on time;
4. Use of Lean Manufacture concepts to improve quality, reduce cost;
5. Translate and formulate process documents, responsible for training and assessment of key process for operator;
6. Take charge of certificate and localize new process, new production lines, provide raw data for the production department;
7. Assist with Procurement department to complete local purchasing, reduce product cost;
8. Participate in company-level cross-sector teamwork;
9. Lead new projects introduction, new production lines introduction, including set up project plan, budget requests, product validation, expansion plans, etc.

Manufacture Engineer(生产工程师)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical support to Mobrey&RTR manufacturing line, including quality, process improvement, red light solving, layout improvement etc;
Improve product quality, yield rate by applying 6-sigma and lean tools; continuously focus on process optimization to reduce throughput time, scrap and manufacture cost;
Write or Translate manufacture procedures, training and qualify operators, refresh train on critical process;
Provide and maintain the original information like Non-BOM to manufacturing department, qualify the replacement material before releasing to production line;
Design of manufacturing process and integrate into current manufacturing flow;
Lead the Stage Gate Process for New production capabilities; Involve in resource identification, new equipment development, business systems and databases set up;
Cooperate with production line to improve working and environmental condition;
Communicate with engineers of Mobrey&RTR global.
EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE:
University graduate majored in engineering or equivalent;
